You prepare a table before me
in the presence of my enemies;
– Psalm 23:5a

“Lord Jesus, our Good Shepherd, may we rest content in Your provision for us. You provide for us even as the Enemy watches. Help us remember that he is a defeated foe. Even as he seeks to devour us, he has no power to ultimately harm us. Remind us that we can rest safely in Your provision, protection, and guidance. May we remember, no matter the enemies, no matter the danger, no matter the fears, we have You and are safe in You. May our lost family, friends, acquaintances, and leaders come to know all the spiritual blessings found in knowing You through faith. Amen” (Psalm 23:4-5; 1 Peter 5:8; John 10:7-30; 1 Timothy 2:1-7)
