Prayer from Joshua 24

Lord, when we consider Your work on our behalf, it is You who have given us all we have in Christ. You called us out from the nations to make us your people. You delivered us from bondage to sin. You gave us every spiritual blessing in heaven. You have fought for us. It was not by our strength or our abilities or labor that we have inherited our spiritual possessions. All we are and have is through the work of the Lord Jesus on our behalf. Therefore, may we fear You, the Lord our God, always and walk in Your ways by Your grace. Amen.
