This is a reminder that I need in these times:

Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for He hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.
(Hebrews 13:5)

Lord Jesus, whether rich or poor by this world’s standards Your people have everything, because we have You. Though we lose all else, we can never lose You. You will never forsake Your people. May we cling to this promise in prosperity and want, and may we be content in all circumstances. Amen.
