Adopted and Accepted in Christ (Ephesians 1:3-6 Pt 3)
Overview of Ephesians – Saints: Set Apart in Calling and Practice
- Chapters 1-3 Position/Calling in Christ
- Chapters 4-6 Practice/Walk in Christ
- Connected by Ephesians 4:1
CHRIST IS… | IN/THROUGH CHRIST WE ARE… |
The Chosen One | Chosen |
The Son of God | Children of God |
The Beloved | Accepted |
The Redeemer | Redeemed |
The Forgiver | Forgiven |
The Center of God’s Plan (Eph. 1:9-10) | Knowledgeable of God’s Plan |
The Heir of All Things | Fellow Heirs |
The Giver of the Holy Spirit | Sealed and Guaranteed by the Holy Spirit |
God the Father has blessed us with EVERY blessing of the Spirit IN CHRIST as He planned and promised to Abraham (Genesis 22:17-18; Galatians 3:16).
