The Lord Has Laid Our Iniquities on Him

Our iniquity (sin) was laid on the Lord Jesus that we might have peace, that we might be healed, and that we might be brought to the God we once rebelled against. God the Son faced the punishment sinners deserve so that all who call on his name are saved.
