“I am a sojourner on the earth; hide not your commandments from me!” Psalm 119:19
LORD,
Exiles, sojourners, pilgrims. You use these words to describe your people on earth. Our citizenship is in heaven. Truly, we are sojourners on the earth.
We do not live by this world’s principles. Our direction comes from You, Lord of Heaven and Earth!
Please do not hide Your commandments from us, Father in Heaven! Teach us how to live as resident aliens who represent You well on our way Home.
